Equipment overview

This equipment is a complete line of automation equipment; it is used to produce disposable non-woven masks. The production line is equipped with a feeding mechanism.

A mask body making machine (automatic feeding plus nose bridge) is connected with a mask earband welding machine. After the mask body is made, the conveyor belt is sent to the mouth and earband welding machine for welding the earband part. A complete ear strap mask can be completed, and only one operator can operate the entire production, and the production line realizes the fully automated production of flat masks.
