Mechanical equipment maintenance requirements


Equipment maintenance is to care for the equipment by wiping, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting and other general methods to maintain and protect the performance and technical condition of the equipment, which is called equipment maintenance.


There are four main requirements for equipment maintenance:

(1) Cleaning The inside and outside of the equipment are clean and tidy, there is no oil stains on the sliding surfaces, lead screws, racks, gear boxes, oil holes, etc., no oil leakage or air leakage in all parts, and chips, sundries and dirt around the equipment should be cleaned clean;

(2) Neat Tools, accessories, workpieces (products) should be placed neatly, and pipes and lines should be organized;

(3) Good lubrication Refueling or changing oil on time, continuous oil, no dry friction, normal oil pressure, bright oil mark, smooth oil passage, oil quality meets requirements, oil gun, oil cup, and linoleum are clean;

(4) Safety Observe the safety operation rules, do not overload the equipment, the safety protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and the unsafe factors can be eliminated in time. The maintenance content of equipment generally includes daily maintenance, regular maintenance, regular inspection and precision inspection. Equipment lubrication and cooling system maintenance is also an important content of equipment maintenance. The daily maintenance of equipment is the basic work of equipment maintenance, which must be institutionalized and standardized. For the regular maintenance of equipment, work quotas and material consumption quotas should be formulated and assessed according to the quotas. The regular maintenance of equipment should be included in the assessment content of the workshop contract responsibility system. Regular inspection of equipment is a planned preventive inspection. In addition to human senses, there must be certain inspection tools and instruments. It is carried out according to the regular inspection card. Regular inspection is also called regular inspection. Accuracy inspection should also be carried out on mechanical equipment to determine the pros and cons of the actual accuracy of the equipment.

Equipment maintenance should be carried out in accordance with maintenance procedures. Equipment maintenance procedures are the requirements and regulations for the daily maintenance of equipment. Adhering to the implementation of equipment maintenance procedures can prolong the service life of equipment and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment. Its main contents should include:

(1) The equipment should be neat, clean, firm, lubricated, anti-corrosion, safety, etc. operation content, operation methods, tools and materials used, standards and precautions;

(2) The parts, methods and standards of routine inspection and maintenance and regular inspection;

(3) Contents and methods of inspecting and evaluating the degree of maintenance of equipment by operators.

2. Three-level maintenance system for equipment The three-level maintenance system is a maintenance and repair system that has been gradually perfected and developed since the mid-1960s in China, on the basis of summarizing the practice of the former Soviet Union's planned pre-repair system in my country. The focus of my country's equipment maintenance management has shifted from repair to maintenance, reflecting the progress of my country's equipment maintenance management and the clearer maintenance management policy focusing on prevention. The content of the three-level maintenance system includes: daily maintenance of equipment, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance. The three-level maintenance system is a mandatory maintenance system in which the operator mainly performs maintenance on the equipment and pays equal attention to the maintenance. The three-level maintenance system is an effective way to rely on the masses, give full play to the enthusiasm of the masses, implement group management and group repair, combine special groups with groups, and do a good job in equipment maintenance.

(1) Daily maintenance of equipment The daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and weekly maintenance, also known as daily maintenance and weekly maintenance.

 1. Daily maintenance The daily maintenance is carried out by the equipment operators on duty, and the four things before the shift, the five attentions during the shift, and the four things after the shift are conscientiously done. (1) Four things before the shift Digest the pattern data and check the shift record. Wipe down the equipment and lubricate it as required. Check whether the handle position and manual operation part are correct and flexible, and whether the safety device is reliable. Run at low speed to check whether the transmission is normal, and whether the lubrication and cooling are smooth. (2) Five attention in the class Pay attention to the sound of operation, the temperature, pressure, liquid level, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of the equipment, instrument signals, and whether the safety insurance is normal. (3) Four things after shift Turn off the switch and put all the handles to the zero position. Remove iron filings and dirt, wipe the oil on the rail surface and sliding surface of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the workplace, organize accessories, tools. Fill in the shift handover record and operating table time record, and go through the shift handover procedures.

2. Weekly maintenance The weekly maintenance is carried out by the equipment operators every weekend. The maintenance time is: 2 hours for general equipment and 4 hours for fine, large and thin equipment.
